		<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks David, I&#039;ve just had a look at the command-line version and yup you can give it a file:// based filename and it&#039;ll be happy.  Did I ever mention how much I  &lt;em&gt;love&lt;/em&gt; undocumented features like that?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#039;m still glad I poked at the rest of the web-server setup though - it helps to keep the code for the CSS validator pretty close to what I&#039;m using for the HTML validator.&lt;/p&gt;
